Mr. Foreman served as a Director of the Towers Perrin from 2003 to 2005. He served as the Senior Vice President of National Businesses at Aetna Inc. since February 8, 2005, Executive Vice President of National Businesses since February 2006, Head of National Accounts at Aetna Inc. and Aetna Global Benefits since March 2005. Mr. Foreman was responsible for running National Accounts, which includes Aetna Inc.'s largest corporate and government customers as well as Aetna Global Benefits. In addition, he was also responsible for Aetna Dental, Health Related Financial Solutions and Medicaid. Mr. Foreman led Group Insurance, which includes Life, Disability, and Long Term Care. He has more than 25 years' experience as a senior executive in the healthcare industry helping large employers define their health benefits strategies and manage health care costs. Mr. Foreman spent three years working with American Honda, Farmers Group and Sony Pictures Entertainment. He left Aetna in 1984. He serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Employer Benefit Research Institute in Washington, D.C. He received his BA in business-economics from the University of California in Los Angeles, and studied international business at the University of Melbourne in Australia. Mr. Foreman is a graduate of the Aetna Group School.
