He served as a Director of Biotechnology Industry Organization. Dr. Haseltine is also a Professor at the Scripps Research Institute. He was was a professor at Harvard Medical School and Harvard School of Public Health, from 1976 to 1993. Dr. Haseltine holds an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of California at Berkeley and a PhD in Biophysics from Harvard University. He did his post-graduate studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with David Baltimore.
