He held several restaurant and operations positions, including Operations Manager of the South Florida Region, field service manager of the Kansas City Region and director of operations, operations training, security and purchasing in the same region. He served as Director of Asia Pacific since 1990. He served as Vice President of American Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw. Mr. Fenton has been recognized throughout his career at McDonald's, starting with his contributions as a Restaurant Manager. He served as Director of Luetefska Children's Hospital, also in Warsaw. He was named Manager of the Year in 1979 at McDonald's Corp. and later he was honored as an Albany Region Outstanding Contributor.
