He served as the Chairman of Chubb Insurance Company of Europe SA. He has been a Director of Guidewire Software Inc. since December 5, 2012. He serves as Director of Alliant Insurance Holdings and Alliant Holdings I, LLC. He served as a Director of Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd., Cyrus Reinsurance Holdings SPC and Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. He has done a BA in Economics from Holy Cross and attended the Wharton Executive Management Program.
