Prior to joining FYI as a Full-Time Consultant in June 1995, Mr. Barker served as a Manager with Arthur Andersen LLP, where he served in various capacities over a nine-year period. He served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis for Sunbelt National Mortgage Corporation from June 1993 to October 1994. While at F.Y.I., Mr. Barker was responsible for the overall financial operation and relationships with the investment community. He has been a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas since 1985. Mr. Barker holds a B B A in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
