He has been a Director at Fox Entertainment Group, Inc. since July 2007 and Yahoo! Inc., since April 05, 2011. Mr. Liguori serves on the Boards of The Topps Company, Inc. and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Inc. He served as a Director of FOX Broadcasting Company, Inc. Mr. Liguori earned his Bachelor’s degree cum laude in History from Yale University.
