Mr. Deepak Sharma has been the Chairman of Citi Private Bank at Citigroup, Inc. since November 2009. Mr. Sharma served as the Chief Executive Officer of Global Wealth Management International at Citigroup Inc., and also served as its Head of U.S. private bank (Citi Private Bank) and Head of Citi Smith Barney. He is a board member of the Singapore Tyler Print Institute. Prior to Citigroup as a Management Associate in 1976, he did a short stint as a scientist at Bhabha Atomic Research Center in India. Mr. Sharma received his graduate degree in Chemistry and a Masters in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
