(formerly, Intrac Inc.) since December 2004. Mr. Watson served as Vice Chairman of Genta Incorporated from March 2005 to January 2011. He has been a Director of Dendreon Corp. since February 2000 and has been its Lead Independent Director since February 1, 2012.
