From April 2000 to January 2002, Mr. Sisko served as the Managing Director at Katalyst, LLC, where he was responsible for business development and client and portfolio company engagement management in its Philadelphia and Boston offices. He also served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel of National Media Corporation, at the time a New York Stock Exchange-listed multi-media marketing company. In addition, Mr. Sisko was a Partner in the Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions practice group of the Philadelphia-based law firm, Klehr Harrison, Harvey Branzburg & Ellers.
