Mr. Kolja Rockov has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Linn Co. LLC since April 2012. Mr. Rockov has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Linn Energy, LLc since March 2005. He joined LINN in March 2005. He served as Head of U.S. Exploration and Production for RBC Capital Markets' energy group in Houston. With his extensive background as an energy investment banker for over twelve years, Mr. Rockov identified Linn Energy as an excellent candidate for the first IPO of a limited liability company in the exploration and production sector. Mr. Rockov has 12 years of investment banking experience in all aspects of the energy industry. Mr. Rockov has over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas finance industry. Prior to September 2000, he held various senior positions with Dain Rauscher Wessels and Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Inc., predecessors of RBC Capital Markets. Mr. Rockov is a member of the Board of Small Steps Nurturing Center in Houston. He served as Director of RBC Capital Markets from September 2000 to October 2004. Mr. Rockov holds a BBA in Finance and Economics from Southern Methodist University.
