Mr. Felsinger has been a Director of Northrop Grumman Corp. since February 21, 2007 and has been its Lead independent Director since May 15, 2012. He has been Independent Director at Archer Daniels Midland Company since August 5, 2009. He serves as a Director of Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy. He served as a Director of Sempra Energy from June 9, 2004 to December 1, 2012. He served as a Director of SDG&E. He served as a Director at Titan II Inc. Mr. Felsinger is active in many groups and serves on the boards of the U.S.-Mexico Chamber of Commerce, Institute of the Americas, the Green Foundation and as Co-chairperson of the Forum Fronterizo Council of the San Diego Dialogue. He serves as a member of The Conference Board and the California Business Roundtable. Mr. Felsinger is a graduate of the Stanford University Executive Program and also has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
