He has been a Director of Darnley Bay Resources Ltd. since November 19, 2009, Canada Lithium Corp. since June 17, 2010 and Golden Goose Resources Inc., since May 30, 2006. Mr. Knoll serves as a Director of Stonegate Agricom Ltd. and Seymour Exploration Corp. He serves on the board of several mining companies. He served as a Director of Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. from April 30, 1997 to May 6, 2010, Independent Nickel Corp. from April 12, 2005 to October 2008, Glencairn Gold Corp. since April 22, 1987 and Central Sun Mining Inc. from April 22, 1987 to 2007. He has written for numerous other publications including the Globe and Mail and the Financial Post. Mr. Knoll holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Journalism from Ryerson University and undergraduate degree from University of Alberta.
