He served as the President at Concellera. Mr. Zarrilli served as the Chief Financial Officer of U.S. Interactive, Inc. from 1994 to 1998 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from March 1999 and 2000 and served as its President since May 1999. He serves as Non-Executive Chairman of Penn Valley Group and Safeguard Scientifics Inc. He serves as the Regional Chairman and is a Member of the State Board of Economics Pennsylvania. He serves as Chairman of the Center for Entrepreneurship of LaSalle University. He served as an Executive Chairman of FMP Media Solutions, Inc. and served as its Director since March 2007.
