He served as President at U.S. Interactive Inc. since May 1999. In 1994, he joined US Interactive as its first Chief Financial Officer and directly oversaw the rapid expansion of the company’s operations from two offices to 12 offices with more than 500 employees serving customers in six countries. Mr. Zarrilli served as an Acting Chief Operating Officer at US Interactive from December 1998 to March 1999 and as the Senior Executive Vice President from August 1998 to December 1998. From 1983 to 1994, Mr. Zarrilli served with Deloitte & Touche as Senior Manager and was directly responsible for developing an emerging business practice for it in Philadelphia. He serves as Non-Executive Chairman of Penn Valley Group and Safeguard Scientifics Inc. He serves as the Regional Chairman and is a Member of the State Board of Economics Pennsylvania. He serves as Chairman of the Center for Entrepreneurship of LaSalle University. He served as an Executive Chairman of FMP Media Solutions, Inc. and served as its Director since March 2007.
