Mr. Zarrilli served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Concellera Software, Inc. from October 2000 to August 2001 and helped in orchestrating the sale of its proprietary technology to Hewlett Packard. He served as the President at Concellera. Mr. Zarrilli served as the Chief Financial Officer of U.S. Interactive, Inc. from 1994 to 1998 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from March 1999 and 2000 and served as its President since May 1999. From 1983 to 1994, Mr. Zarrilli served with Deloitte & Touche as Senior Manager and was directly responsible for developing an emerging business practice for it in Philadelphia. He serves as Non-Executive Chairman of Penn Valley Group and Safeguard Scientifics Inc. He serves as the Regional Chairman and is a Member of the State Board of Economics Pennsylvania. He serves as Chairman of the Center for Entrepreneurship of LaSalle University. He served as an Executive Chairman of FMP Media Solutions, Inc. and served as its Director since March 2007. Mr. Zarrilli also served as an Executive Chairman of NCT, Inc. from 2004 to 2006. He serves as Vice Chairman of Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Pennsylvania.
