Mr. Andrew Todd Heller, Andy served as the President of Domestic Distribution of Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. Mr. Heller oversees affiliate sales, marketing promotion, interactive television and new technology content development for the largest and most diversified portfolio of networks in the United States, the news and entertainment networks of Turner Broadcasting. Mr. Heller is also responsible for Turner Private Networks, which includes the CNN Airport Network ... and Turner In-Flight Services and GameTap, a first-of-its-kind broadband entertainment and video game network. Mr. Heller is responsible for the creation and execution of the cable and direct-to-home analog and digital distribution strategies for all of the Turner network businesses. Mr. Heller joined TBS, Inc. in 1998 and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of TNS. Mr. Heller served as Assistant General Counsel for Time Warner Cable, actively involved in programming, acquisitions, trades and a variety of cable, contractual, litigation and regulatory issues for the leading MSO. Mr. Heller served as Associate Counsel and Senior Counsel, litigation, for HBO. He serves as Vice Chairman of Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. He has been a Director of Arris Enterprises, Inc. since December 2011. He served as Director of Glu Mobile Inc. (formerly known as Sorrent Inc.) since August 23, 2005. He serves on the CTAM Educational Foundation Board as Vice Chairman. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, serves as the Georgia regional admissions representative for Deerfield Academy and is the outgoing Chair of the New York Alpha chapter of his fraternity at Cornell University, Phi Kappa Psi. Mr. Heller earned a law degree from Fordham University and a bachelor's degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.
