Prior to that, Mr. Doloboff was a partner at Coopers & Lybrand LLP where he was the partner in charge of the national tax mergers and acquisitions practice. He worked at the United States Department of the Treasury in Washington D.C. where he was the acting deputy tax legislative counsel. He is a Member of Compensation Planning Advisory Board at Tax Management, Inc. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and Virginia State Bar. He is co-author of three BNA Tax Management Portfolios, covering tax-free reorganizations, redemptions and related party stock sales. He is admitted to practice in California and Washington D.C. Mr. Doloboff earned J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1985 and a B.A. phi beta kappa from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1982.
