Mr. Rosenbloom has lectured on going concern valuations and merger and acquisition matters before the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Financial Executives Institute, and forums under the auspices of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Cornell's Johnson Graduate School of Business and Cornell Law School. He is an Adjunct Professor of Finance at the Stern Graduate School of Business of New York University, acts as an American Arbitration Association and New York Stock Exchange arbitrator and is a mediator in Supreme Court, New York County. Mr. Rosenbloom holds a B.A. from Bucknell University, an M.A. from Columbia University, and a J.D. from Cornell Law School.
