Mr. Hilton served as Vice President and General Manager of Industrial Chemicals since 2000; Vice President of Electronic Gases, Equipment and Services since 2002 and Vice President of Electronics Business since 2003. He served as Co-Chairman of SEMI Industry Strategy Symposium (ISS) committee and a a Member of the Association's North American Advisory Board. He has been a Director at Nordson Corporation since February 2010. Mr. Hilton has been an Independent Director of Ryder System, Inc., since July 1, 2012. He has been a Trustee of Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI, Inc. since April 2010. He is a Member of National Investor Relations Institute, American Institute of Chemical Engineers and Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation. Mr. Hilton has a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering in 1976 and an M.B.A. in 1981 from Lehigh University.
