He serves as a Director of Kentucky Power Company, Ohio Valley Electric Corporation, The Electric Power Research Institute, Inc., AEP Texas Central Company, Columbus Southern Power Company, AEP Generating Company and Indiana Michigan Power Company. He was a Director of Louisiana Tech Engineering Foundation.
