Mr. Cook has an accomplished record as an executive, line manager and change agent. His background is punctuated by the sponsorship, development and execution of major transformational efforts across a wide range of functions. Before joining CSC Index, Mr. Cook was vice president and CIO at Kraft Foods and vice president of sales at a $27 billion subsidiary of Philip Morris, Inc., the world's largest consumer packaged goods company. Before that, he was vice president of purchasing, quality, productivity and CIO at General Foods. Earlier assignments included heading up manufacturing for the Post Cereal business, directing strategic planning for the customer support services group, and holding several marketing/brand management positions. Mr. Cook received an MBA degree in marketing and finance from Stanford University and earned a BS degree in operations research and electrical engineering from MIT. He concluded his service in the U.S. Army as a captain.
