Mr. Timothy S. Bitsberger, Tim has been Managing Director of BNP Paribas since February 4, 2011. Mr. Bitsberger serves as Managing Director of BNP Paribas Corporate Finance. In this role, he focuses on serving the global needs of central banks, sovereign wealth funds, government agencies, government sponsored enterprises, and supra-nationals. Prior to this, Mr. Bitsberger served Wall Street for more than 15 years. He served as Senior Vice President of Investments at Salomon Smith Barney. He also consulted for J.F. Lehman & Company, a leveraged buyout firm. From 1989 to 1998, Mr. Bitsberger served as Senior Trading Manager and Vice President for NationsBanc Capital Markets. He began his career as a trader for Drexel Burnham Lambert. He has been a Director of CME Group, Inc. since May 2008. Mr. Bitsberger also serves as a Director at Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc. He served as Director on the Airline Transportation Stabilization Board and a Board Representative to the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. Mr. Bitsberger earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics at Yale University and a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard University.
