Ms. Shive serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, Maximum Service Television (MSTV) and Classified Ventures, LLC. Ms. Shive holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas Tech University and has completed executive education courses at Harvard Business School (Strategic Marketing Management) and Stanford Graduate School of Business (Leading Change and Organizational Renewal).
