In September 2010, she was listed 13th on U.S. Banker's list of The 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking. In August 2009, Forbes magazine ranked Ms. Alemany 57th on its annual list of the World's 100 Most Powerful Women. Ms. Alemany holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University in 1980.
