Mr. Blake J. Irving has been the Chief Executive Officer of The Go Daddy Group, Inc. and Go Daddy Software, Inc. since January 7, 2013. Mr. Irving served as Chief Product Officer of Yahoo! Inc. from May 2010 to April 2012 and its Executive Vice President from May 2010 to April 1, 2012. Mr. Irving joined Microsoft in October 1992 and served in a variety of development and general management positions. He was responsible for Microsoft’s first Internet video conferencing and collaboration products, Internet phone, Internet mail client and instant messaging service and blogging service. He has held development and marketing management roles on the Microsoft® Internet Explorer browser software and Windows® operating system teams. He served development and marketing management positions at Xerox Corp., Oki Electric Industry Co. Ltd. and Compaq Computer Corp. He was a Professor of entrepreneurship at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management in Malibu, California. He has been a Director of The Go Daddy Group, Inc., since January 2013. He serves as a Director of StudyBlue, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
