At CBRE, he handled all financial functions on behalf of this Fortune 500 and S&P 500 publicly traded company, in addition to acquisitions and dispositions, risk management, investor relations and strategic planning. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Trammell Crow Co. He served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dole Food Company Inc. from December 1999 to June 2002. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Consumer Products Group of Universal Studios Inc. from December 1997 to December 1999. Mr. Kay served as Chief Financial Officer (in addition to various other executive and management positions) for Universal Studios, Inc., Playmates, Inc., Systemed Inc. and Ameron International, as well as having worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC. He served as a Director of CB/TCC Global Holdings Limited until December 1, 2008. He served as a Director of Trammell Crow Co. since December 20, 2006. Mr. Kay serves on the Board of Governors of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He is affiliated with the American Institute of CPAs, California Society of CPAs, Financial Executives International, the Leventhal School of Accounting at USC and the American Management Association. Mr. Kay is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
