He serves as an Independent Lead Director of Black & Veatch Holding Company. Mr. Wunning has been a Director of Kennametal Inc., since July 2005. Mr. Wunning has been Director of Black & Veatch Holding Company and Black & Veatch Corporation since 2004. He has been a Director of Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation since August 2004. Mr. Wunning serves as Director of Kennametal Hertel Ag. He is Chairman of the Board of the Central Illinois Chapter of the American Red Cross; a member of the Board of Trustees of Proctor Hospital in Peoria, Illinois and Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI in Arlington, Virginia. He also serves as a Director or member of several Professional and Civic Organizations. Mr. Wunning has an Undergraduate degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla and an Executive MBA from the University of Illinois. He attended Carnegie Mellon University in their Program for Executives, Aspen Institute and Brookings Institute.
