Mr. Bazet served as a Director of Interamerican Acquisition Group Inc. since its inception on May 10, 2005. He oversees global sourcing of Interamerican Acquisition Group Inc., products, particularly in Asia, as well as of distribution into new markets in Europe for Cobra. He has shared his financial and business expertise with New York University's seminar series, Financial Planning for Closely Held Corporations, and has spoken to other professional groups and corporate executives on such topics as "Corporate Revitalization" and "Creation of Shareholder Value." Mr. Bazet holds a B.S. in Finance and M.B.A. from Nicholls State University in Louisiana.
