He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of SEPATON, Inc. He served as a Director of McAfee Inc. (formerly Networks Associates Inc.) from April 2001 to January 31, 2007 and served as its Lead Independent Director from March 2004 to October 4, 2006. He served as a Director of Egenera Inc. since February 2004. He served as a Director of J.D. Edwards & Company since January 2, 2002. Mr. Dutkowsky holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
