Mr. David L. Prior to McKesson, he served as the Principal of McKinsey & Company's San Francisco office, where he worked from 1981 to 1990. In addition to building a strong client base across several industries, he was active in significantly enhancing recruiting and training programs. He served as one of three U.S.-based principals on a worldwide strategy project. He has more than 20 years of business management, strategic planning and corporate development experience. Mr. Mahoney has been a Director of Erica Inc. since October 14, 2004 and Tercica Inc. since October 14, 2004. He has been a Director of Corcept Therapeutics Inc. since July 2004. He has been a Director at Symantec Corporation since April 10, 2003. He serves as a Director of André S.A., Cytec Corp., Adamas Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Live Oak School and KQED.
