She began her career at General Motors as a Manufacturing Engineer and held financial and project management positions of increasing responsibility at Chrysler. Ms. Ptrovich is a well-recognized industry leader. Ms. Petrovich serves as a Director of Modine Manufacturing Company. She has been a Director of WABCO Holdings Inc. since November 1, 2011. She has been a Director of Woodward, Inc. since July 24, 2002, GT Advanced Technologies Inc. since May 2011 and Modine Manufacturing Company since July 2011. Ms. Petrovich served as a Member of Executive Council of American Securities. She served as a Member of Advisory Council of Microposite, Inc. Ms. Petrovich was named to Crain's Automotive News Top 100 Women in the Automotive Industry in 2000 and has been featured in professional books and videos including Noel Tichy's book The Leadership Engine and Robert Kaplan's Harvard Business School video Activity Based Costing and The Balanced Scorecard. She serves on the Advisory Council of the University of Michigan College of Engineering. Ms. Petrovich was Captain of the varsity softball team and female scholar-athlete of the year in 1985. Ms. Petrovich holds a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business in 1989 and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
