Mr. Brian T. Gladden has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dell Inc. since May 2008 and June 13, 2008 respectively. Mr. Gladden is responsible for all aspects of the finance function including accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury and investor relations, and is also responsible for global security and facilities for Dell. Prior to joining SABIC Innovative Plastics, Mr. Gladden spent nearly 20 years with General Electric Company (GE) in a variety of financial and management leadership roles and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GE Medical Systems Healthcare IT business. He served as Global Integration Manager, and subsequently Chief Financial Officer of GE Marquette Medical Systems during 1998. He served as Manager of Global Financial Planning and Analysis at GE Medical Systems since 1997 and was given the additional responsibility of Manager of Global Modality Finance since 1998. He joined SABIC in 1988. He was employed on the Corporate Audit Staff since 1992. He also has held positions in engineering, finance, and business development at GE Aerospace, GE Medical Systems and SABIC Innovative Plastics. He serves as Co-chair of the Tech CFO Leadership Group, which advances critical policy issues that promote U.S. competitiveness. He is also a member of the University of Texas McCombs School of Business Advisory Council. He is a Graduate of SABIC's Financial Management Program. Mr. Gladden earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and finance from Millersville University in Millersville, Pa.
