Prior to First Interstate, he held for 4 years with Bankers Trust Company of New York and 7 years with Security Pacific National Bank in various capital markets sales and trading capacities. He served as the Chairman of the Board at The Electric Power Research Institute, Inc. since April 2011. Mr. Craver has been the Chairman of Edison International since August 1, 2008. He served as a Co-Chairman of Electric Drive Transportation Association since July 2010 and serves as its Director. He served as the Chairman of Edison Mission Energy, (a subsidiary of Edison Mission Group Inc.) since January 2005 and Edison Enterprises from September 1999 to 2004. He served as the Chairman of Edison Mission Group of Edison International from 2005 to April 2008. He serves as a Director of The Electric Power Research Institute, Inc. Mr. Craver has been an Independent Director of Health Net, Inc., since March 24, 2004 and Southern California Edison Company since August 01, 2008. He has been a Director of Mission Energy Holding Co. since June 2001 and Edison International since October 2007. He serves as a Director of the Electric Power Supply Association. He serves as a Trustee of Autry National Center and Orange County Performing Arts Center. He served as a Director of Edison Mission Energy since January 2001. Mr. Craver holds an MBA and a BA in Economics and International Relations from the University of Southern California.
