Mr. Mead serves as Director of Vodafone Italia. He served as Member of The Behrend Council of Fellows since October 2006 appointed by Pennsylvania State University and it was named him as an Alumni Fellow in 2008. He received Verizon Chairman's Award in 2008. He served as a Director of Cellco Partnership, Inc. until July 16, 2010. Mr. Mead has Bachelor's Degree in Quantitative Business Analysis and Finance from The Pennsylvania State University and Master's Degree in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University.
