He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Insync Systems Inc. He has held executive positions at Insync Systems Inc., Silicon Graphics Inc. and Hewlett-Packard Company. He co-founded NeTpower and served as its Vice President of Operations. He also worked for MIPS Computer Systems/Silicon Graphics and Hewlett-Packard. He has been a Director of Verigy, Ltd., since January 14, 2011. He has been a Director of Lucile Packard Children's Hospital since January 2013. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board for Vignani Technologies Pvt. Ltd. He has been an Independent Director at LTX-Credence Corporation since August 2012.
