Mr. Richardson is a Chartered Accountant and Member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers. He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of East Anglia in 1980 and joined KPMG in London where he gained his Chartered Accountancy qualifications and was a prize-winner in the Association of Corporate Treasurers exams. Mr. Richardson qualified as a Chartered Accountant in England in 1973. In 1974, he joined Price Waterhouse in Canada and, as well as working in the audit field, became a Licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy in 1978 and obtained his Canadian chartered accountancy designation. He is a member of the Canadian Insolvency Practitioners Association, a Member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow in the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
