(alternate name, Atlantic Shores Healthcare Inc.) and of other subsidiaries through which WCC conducts its operations. He served as a Director of Wackenhut Corrections Corporation Australia Pty Limited. He served as a Director of Cornell Companies Inc. since August 12, 2010. He served as a Director since WCC since 1988. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Florida Atlantic University since January 15, 2003. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.
