He serves on the Board of Directors of the San Jose Silicon Valley Ballet, the San Jose State University Foundation, the Mayfair Initiative, Montalvo Arts and the California Bankers Association and serves on the Advisory Boards of All Stars Helping Kids, and Foothill DeAnza Community College. He also serves as a Member of Comerica's Management Policy Committee and Management Council. He is a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum. Mr. Fulton holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
