Mr. Wilson served as Vice President, Executive Director for the offices of the Chairman and Chief Operating Officer for Fluor from 2001 to 2002. Mr. Wilson served as Chairman of the Engineering and Construction Contracting Association. Mr. Wilson has been a Director of Corn Products International Inc. since May 19, 2010. He serves as a Trustee of the Fluor Foundation. In 2007, he was named one of the "Most Important Blacks in Technology" at the 2007 Black Engineer of the Year Awards Conference. Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. He has completed graduate courses at Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business Management and Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management.
