Ms. Ann Mather served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Pixar, Inc., (formerly, Pixar Animation Studios Inc) from September 1999 to May 2004. Ms. Mather served as Secretary of Pixar, Inc., from October 1999 to May 2004 and Principal Accounting Officer until May 2004, where she was responsible for finance, administration, business affairs, investor relations and HR. She served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Village ... Roadshow Pictures. From 1989 to 1991, she served as Director of Finance for Polo Ralph Lauren Europe and from 1984 to 1988, she was at Paramount Pictures Corporation where she served various Executive positions in London, Amsterdam and New York. Her responsibilities included the European Controllership (based in Amsterdam), supervising the international distribution of Paramount product through its joint venture operations, UIP and CIC, and managing financial issues relating to European productions. At this time, Ms. Mather was also responsible for financial issues relating to Paramount's international television operation, headquartered in London. She worked for KPMG in London, England, from 1981 to 1984, covering a broad range of audit, tax and consulting assignments. She serves as Lead Director at MGM Holdings Inc. She has been an Independent Director of Netflix, Inc., since July 2010. She serves as Director of Ariat International, Inc. and SmartPak Equine, LLC. Ms. Mather has been a Director of Google Inc., since November 2005; Solazyme, Inc. since April 2011; Wine Network, Inc., since March 2005 and Glu Mobile, Inc since September 2005. She has been a Trustee for Dodge & Cox International Stock Fund and Dodge & Cox Balanced Fund since 2011. Ms. Mather served as a Director of Moneygram International Inc., from May 26, 2010 to May 8, 2013. She served as a Director of Shopping.com Ltd., from May 2004 to August 2005. She served as Director of Zappos.com, Inc. She served as Non-Executive Independent Director of Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. from April 8, 2004 to June 19, 2009. Ms. Mather holds an MA from Cambridge University in England and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant in England and Wales.
