Ms. Guilfoile has been a Director of The Interpublic Group of Companies Inc. since October 2007, CH Robinson Worldwide Inc. since October 1, 2012 and Director of Valley National BanCorp. since November 2003 and also serves as a Director of Valley National Bank.
