He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director at Longfor Properties Co., Ltd. since November 1, 2009. Since 2005, he has been a Director of LIM Advisers Limited. He served as a Non-executive Director of Speymill Macau Property Co Plc.(alternately Terra Capital PLC) from October 31, 2006 to August 2009. In 2004, he set up an Asian investment fund under LIM Advisors. He served as a Director of LIM Advisors and as Responsible Officer until the end of 2009. He has been a frequent Commentator on regional economies, markets and property for TV, radio and print media. He is also the publisher and author of "Asia Hard Assets Report". Mr. Churchouse earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, and a Master of Social Science degree from the University of Waikato in New Zealand.
