Mr. Brady W. Dougan serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Credit Suisse Group AG and Credit Suisse AG. Mr. Dougan has been a member of the Board of Directors of Humacyte Inc., a biotechnology company, since 2005. He served as a Director of Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited and Credit Suisse International (formerly known as Credit Suisse First Boston International). He served as Director of Harrisdirect LLC until 2007. Mr. Dougan received a B.A. in Economics in 1981 and an M.B.A. in Finance in 1982 from the University of Chicago, Illinois.
