He received the Wisconsin Alumni Center's Vision Setter award and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Lifetime of Building award and NAREIT's Industry Leadership award. Mr. Moghadam holds Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. degree from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.
