Ray McDermott, S.A. and McDermott International Inc. since July 2010. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of North-South American Trading Company (NSAT) of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Western Region of the Boy Scouts of America, and served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Manufacturers and the Business Council for International Understanding. Mr. Johnson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1973, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas. He also completed executive education in management and finance at Duke University.
