Mr. Chaplin serves as a Member of Board of Overseers at Rutgers University Foundation. Mr. Chaplin served as a Director of Pruco Life Insurance Co. Mr. Chaplin holds a B.S. and BA from Rutgers College and a M.A. Degree in City and Regional Planning from Harvard University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
