He is a Member of the Attorney General's White Collar Crime Operations Committee. Mr. Denniston continues as the Chairman of General Electric Company's Policy Compliance Review Board. He serves as a Director of General Electric Capital Corporation and of General Electric Capital Services Inc. He serves as a member of GE's Corporate Executive Council and the GE Capital Corporation Board of Directors. He is a Trustee of Kenyon College and the Boston Bar Foundation. He was awarded the Department of Justice's Director's Award for Superior Performance for his role in over one hundred successful prosecutions. Mr. Denniston is a summa cum laude graduate of Kenyon College and a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the "Harvard Law Review".
