He serves on the Boards of Directors of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, the East Lake Community Foundation, the High Museum of Art, the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, the Southern Center for International Studies, and the Yale University Divinity School. He serves as a Director of The National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia University. He serves as a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Board of Visitors of Emory University, and the U.S Austria Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Tuggle holds a bachelor's degree in German Studies and Economics from Hamilton College in New York and a Master of Divinity from Yale University. He studied at the Ludwig-Maximillian Universität in Munich, Germany and completed The Executive Program at the University of Virginia's Darden Business School.
