Mr. Karnik is a technology industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in the Enterprise Software arena. He has successfully grown and led large global, client interfacing teams in over 30 countries. Prior to Chordiant, he served as Senior Vice President, services, for a solutions provider in the domestic financial services industry, where he managed a worldwide group of more than 150 professionals. He serves as a Director of Infogain Corporation Mr. Karnik holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from National Institute of Technology, India, an M.S. in industrial engineering and operations research from Rutgers University and an M.B.A. from Southern New Hampshire University.
