He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The CompuCare Company. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of HealthScribe, Inc., which was acquired by Spheris in December 2004. He served as Senior Manager in Ernst & Young's entrepreneurial services and technology practices. Earlier in his career, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of CompuCare and spent several years at Ernst & Young. He serves as a Director of Mirixa Corporation. Mr. Ehrhardt holds B.S. in Accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University Certified Public Accountant.
