He has been a Director of AON Corporation since 1998 and Cardinal Health 414, Inc., since 1999. He served as Presiding Director at Cardinal Health, Inc. from November 2007 to September 2009 and has been its Director since 1999. He served as a Director of Qwest Communications International Inc., from 2002 to August 15, 2007. He served as a Director of Tellabs from April 2000 to June 2002.
