He served as an Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Playboy Enterprises, Inc. from 1990 to 1996 and was directly responsible for most of its operational and financial functions and helped increase its market capitalization more than three-fold. For the first 13 years of his career, Mr. Chemerow was with Primerica Corp., (formerly known as American Can Co. and which is now part of Citigroup), where he held various management positions, including Senior Vice President of Operations, Corporate Controller and Corporate Treasurer. Mr. Chemerow serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Dunham's Athleisure Corporation. He served as Non-Executive Chairman of Playboy Enterprises, Inc., from June 2009 to March 4, 2011 and served as its Non-Executive Director from 1996 to March 4, 2011. Mr. Chemerow holds a A.B. in Mathematics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.
